It offers superb service. The units are fabulous, spotless. Everyone who works in the hotel is very helpful and amazingly attentive. Plus, the location is perfect, minutes from a lush garden.

I booked a deluxe queen room, it was perfect and had an iron, a seating area and a writing desk. The location was convenient, around 10-15 minutes walk from Durbar Square. There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was SUPERB.

This place has a fantastic location in a peaceful area, yet it's very close to the busy center of the city, Thamel, where there are plenty of restaurants and it's near the main tourist spots.

Location so close to the main shopping area, a beautiful garden and `` old town' Kathmandu. For tea or coffee visit Yala Cafe nearby. Very pleasant building and rooms with nice decoration;))

The staff was very amiable and catered to our every need. The services where admirable, offered us very good free Wi-Fi. The facilities were excellent too.

The hotel had an authentic and Nepalese design. It was located in a peaceful and secluded area but still close to the shopping area and tourist sites. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was attentive and welcoming.

The hotel is ery comfortable and looks authentic with its traditonal decoration. The location is very good in Thamel but in the quite street. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful! In the restaurant they serve the tradtional Nepalese food. Good Wi-Fi conection

No tv in the room. No shampoo (but it looks normal for Kathmandu hotels). Sometimes there is an electricity cut-off in the area but the hotel has its own generator, so not a big problem.
